Stephanie's Recipe


Crepes

In blender blend:
2 c milk
2c flour
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt


Cook both sides until brown in a pan coated with shortening. (I usually re-coat the pan with shortening after each crepe.)
Crepe toppings:
Sautee onions, mushrooms, peppers, chicken. Add italian seasoing and garlic.
Top with tomatoes, cream cheese, avacadoes.
